OUR PROCESS
We consolidate, pack, crate (if necessary), palletize, shrinkwrap and clearly label all items in your order. Our process ensures your supplies will arrive at your destination in good condition.
We take pictures of all items in your order prior to packing, after packing, and after delivery to the freight forwarder. You will have these pictures for your records in case any overseas shipping damage occurs. These pictures will help with the claims process on insured freight.
Fragile items like custom countertops and bathroom shower glass panels are carefully secured and sealed within a strong crate for overseas shipping.
